Once your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected to Localyser, you can easily manage your comments. With a single login, you gain access to a unified inbox, saving you time and effort. By navigating to Message page, you can conveniently view and reply to comments from both platforms.

How to use the comments section:
In this section, you can view all comments submitted to your post by customers. Easily engage with these comments by clicking on "Respond". Localyser will seamlessly redirect you to the respective post on Facebook or Instagram, allowing you to add your response.
How to archive a post and comments:
To archive a post along with its comments, click on the small archive box located in the row of your post's title. Easily access all your archived posts from the left side of your comments page.
You can refine your post display by selecting the filter and specifying the desired location. Choose the location you'd like to focus on, and the posts will be filtered accordingly.
