Adding a New Template:
- Click on "Add" to create a new response template.
- Choose a specific brand/region or select "all" to apply the template universally.
- Select a category, language, and rating for the template.
- Choose from three rating types: negative (1-2 stars), neutral (3 stars), or positive (4-5 stars).
- In the template field, add your desired response, utilizing replacement keys for customization.
- Replacement keys can include the reviewer's name, brand's name, or system-generated contact details request.
- Save the new template.
Editing Existing Templates:
- Click on the pen icon in the "edit" column to modify an existing template.
- Make the necessary changes to the template content.
- Save the updated template.
Template Limitations:
You can have up to three templates per combination of category, language, and rating.
For example, you can have three templates under general/positive, three under general/neutral, and three under general/negative (all in English).Ensure that you stay within these limitations.
Adjusting Default Categories:
- Go to Settings and select "Other."
- Under Review Categories, add, edit, or delete categories as needed.
- You can have up to five different categories.
*Note that deleting a category will also remove associated response templates, potentially affecting the Auto-response feature.
Managing Response Languages:
- Navigate to Settings and select "Other."
- Under Response Languages, add new languages or delete unwanted ones.
- Remember to add response templates for each language you need to go to Settings > Response.
