How to connect Mailchimp & ActiveCampaign

With Localyser, you can connect to several campaign management tools such as MailChimp and ActiveCampaign. This type of integration allow you to automatically import the email addresses that have been captured across your Feedback Landing pages to a specific Audience or List on MailChimp or ActiveCampaign.

Before you set up the integration, you need the following:

1. A valid Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign account with at least one audience list already created.
2. A valid API key on Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
3. The name of the ActiveCampaign server.
4. You must have Admin permission roles on Localyser.

Then head over to Settings, Other from the left hand menu and find the Integrations tab. Click on Add new and select Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign from the drop down menu and click on Connect. From there, follow the on-screen instructions. At this point, you'll need to enter your API key. Here's how to create one on Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign (you'll also need to add the ActiveCampaign server which you can find here).

Once you click Submit, you'll be instructed to select the Audience list name from the drop down menu and click Submit. Then you will need to assign a specific brand and region and click Submit again.

Lastly, be sure to test the integration for a few days to make sure that the emails are successfully being sent to the correct audience list. It's worth mentioning that you can have several connections for different Audiences and Brands.
